The personal data provided above is processed in accordance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Law for the Protection of Personal Data – LGPD), the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014) and other applicable legislation, as well as in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (“IT4CIO Network Technology Ltda. Policy – 4Network”). It is essential that event participants read and agree to the Policy in order to participate in the Event, as well as to use the 4Network application, owned by 4Network, which allows the exchange of information and interaction between event participants, including sponsors and speakers. Participation in the event is only permitted to those who agree to the Policy.

What personal data is collected and how is it used for participation in the event?

The personal data collected for participation in the event is that requested on the registration screen. In addition, as this is an online service, we collect other personal data when you visit our websites or use one of our applications, as detailed in our Policy. We will record the information necessary to provide access, to operate the website and to comply with the legal and security requirements related to your registration, such as passwords and IP address.

Your personal data is used for your identification at the event, for your registration and use of the 4Network platforms (which includes event information and networking support), badge creation for in-person events, issuance of participation certificates, label printing, necessary confirmations via email or phone, promotion of events and campaigns held by 4Network and its partners (attendance reports, newsletters, phone calls or emails), as well as for enrollment and point tracking in the Fraterno Program. The delivery of correspondence and event materials (box) may also be made to the address provided.

BIOMETRIC DATA (IMAGE): Participants of an event are allowed to upload a photo of themselves to the 4Network app or to their profile in the Exclusive Lounge, which helps with identification by other guests. If the image has been provided to us by email, it may be included by us in the 4Network application, and may be removed or changed by you.

Another possibility, provided it is authorized above, is for us to take photo(s), video(s) (individual or group), and/or screen captures during the event to record your participation. Your image may also be used to create personalized event materials (box), as well as to publicize the event on our internet portals, social networks, promotional materials, newsletters and materials to publicize our activities and invitations to other events, among other topics that may be of interest to you, such as advertising promotions. The image may be used by 4Network, as well as by its suppliers and speakers, and may be treated, caricatured, assembled, cut out, edited, illustrated, as well as displayed on different media and/or surfaces.

SHARING: We share some of your data, as strictly necessary, with: (i) suppliers, when there is a need to prepare and deliver event materials, or to prepare communication and marketing materials; (ii) event sponsors (your full name, position, company you work for and/or email, telephone number, and metrics for advertisements made available on the Exclusive Lounge – other identification and contact details are occasionally shared, which is essential for the continued successful holding of events, free of charge or at symbolic cost); (iii) travel agencies for issuing tickets and booking hotels (only when the event is in person and requires travel by the participant, according to applicable conditions). International data transfer may occur by 4Network if the sponsor is a foreign company. When accessing videoconferencing platforms, the participant may also have to provide some personal data requested directly by the company that provides this service and which may be located abroad (4Network has no interference in this case).

ALTERATION, DELETION: The consultation, rectification, alteration or deletion of personal data can be carried out directly in the service channel on the 4Network portal available in the privacy and data area. If your request is to no longer receive communications from 4Network, in addition to uninstalling the 4Network app, it is recommended that you use the available "opt-out" features included in such messages or access the 4Network portal through the support channel provided in the privacy and data section.

STORAGE: Your personal data, including your image, is stored and kept in our systems for a period of two (2) years.
